Water method. 

How does this method work for me. Clean water is poured into a small cuvette. There is a small mirror at the bottom of the cuvette. A small LED flashlight illuminates the surface of the water at an angle of 45 degrees. The surface of the water slightly oscillates - this is a microfan. On the opposite side of the cuvette, a white screen is fixed, on which light is reflected from the surface of the water. A short video (3...5 sec.) is made from the screen. This video is very carefully viewed frame by frame in a video editor. With luck, one or more frames will have a low-contrast image of the people of the Other World. Then image processing in Photoshop - brightness, contrast, levels, etc. No retouching. Of course, before shooting, you need to invite people from the Other World to visit.
